Our long awaited journey to China has come and gone. On December 1st, 2004 we received our wonderful daughter Skyler. She is a gift. She is healthy, doing well, and is an absolute joy to be around. We love her dearly, and thank all of you for your support.
We received word from our adoption agency the beginning of October that Lei Qing Bi from the town of Leizhou in the Guangdong province of China was ready for us to come and get her. The previous two years of tenacious unrelenting paperwork, red tape, and government shifting, seemed to be all worth it. The 6 week wait to travel to China was almost unbearable. Finally, on November 28th, we flew from Riverton, WY to Denver, CO where we met up with Scott's parents and then flew to San Francisco, CA and on to Beijing, China.
