FAQ's for The Bunk House

In 1985 Scott & Therese Woodruff established Lander Llama Company Wilderness Pack Trips in the beautiful mountains of western Wyoming. We have enjoyed developing our small business into a successful outdoor recreation pastime. Each year we strive to better our services so that your vacation with Lander Llama Company is one of the best for you and your family. The Bunk House is one addition to our business we are sure you will enjoy. The Bunk House is at Lander Llama Company’s ranchette nestled on the Popo Agie river in full view of the outfitting operation and llamas, which we use as our friendly beasts of burden. We welcome your stay in western Wyoming... Like no place on earth!

How many beds are there?.... The Bunk House has 3 single beds in the loft, and one queen bed on the main floor. Also there is a fold out sofa couch along with a dinning table and two arm chairs.
Does it have it's own bathroom?....Yes, it has a shower, tiolet, and wash basin.
How large is it?....The dimensions of the room are approximately 25 ft by 18 ft. The loft has just enough room for the 3 single beds, and is not designed for added living space.
Does it have a kitchenette?...Yes, it has a full kitchenette with a stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and small refrigerator.
Do you allow pets?....Yes, all pets must be under complete control and not left without supervision.
Do you serve breakfast?....Yes, we stock a "make yourself breakfast" that includes pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls, OJ, milk, cold and hot cereals, and coffee & tea the night before.
Can we cook other meals?....Yes, local food stores are close by, or you can bring your own food.
Can we park our RV or tent camper outside The Bunk House?....No sorry we do not have parking accommodations for RV's or tent campers.

How much per night?....The cost for the whole unit is $115 per night up to 5 people.
Do you have a weekly rate?....Yes our weekly rate is $575. It includes a 6 night stay.
Do you have an off season rate?.... Yes, January through March $60 per night.

Check in time is after 3:00 PM. Check out time is before Noon.
Inside The Bunk House there is a NO SMOKING policy. OutsideThe Bunk House smoking is allowed.
All pets must be under complete control. Pets are not to be left unattended inside The Bunk House at any time.
Payment is due in full upon all reservations. There are no refunds for any cancellation, unless The Bunk House can be reserved by another party.
